THE WOOD has been collected, the food will be cooked, so come and let your taste buds experience venison, goat, rabbit, lamb, beef, and chicken done in many plain and exotic ways this Saturday May 26 at the Crookwell Showgrounds. Bonfire from 3pm and meals from 6pm. Home brew bar open 3pm until late.
Entry fees for non competitors are $5-00 single and $10-00 per family which will entitle the ticket holders to a campfire meal provided by the campfire cooks. A Poet’s Breakfast at which anyone can recite will be hosted by the Laggan Bush Poets starting at 10am on Sunday morning. A variety of breakfast dishes including bacon and egg sandwiches will be available for a small donation.
